Be One of the AAF Elite

Are you missing out on these valuable coaching resources?

Dear Coach,

Did you know you can get my paid reports and bootcamps for FREE?  All AAF Elite Members get access to the Fastpitch Haven Forum which includes Stacie's paid reports, courses, and bootcamps at no additional cost.

How?  Why?  Because softball season gets hectic and I simply don't have time to create products, set up the shopping cart, set up the product page, set up the product description, set up the product delivery, send out tons of e-mail to build interest etc, etc, etc, etc.

So what I've decided to do, in order to crank out all the ideas in my head and get more value to you quicker, is just to include ALL of them in an ongoing Elite Membership.  Now all I have to do is get them out of my head, then upload to he member area.  And all you have to do is sign up to be an Elite Member and you get new stuff (and all the existing stuff) automatically as part of your membership.

Not only that you get to chit chat with me and discuss your most pressing coaching issues with other passionate, dedicated coaches.

Right now I'm offering two awesome introductory payment options for a Lifetime Elite Membership.

Option 1: $10/month for 1 year - after the year is up, so are your payments, but your membership continues for free and you continue getting all the new resources being added on an ongoing basis.

Option 2: Make a ONE-TIME payment of $97 for a Lifetime Elite Membership. Just think, one payment and you get lifetime access to new short reports and courses I put out plus access to all the existing ones.

These options will NOT last forever.  Eventually the price will increase or the limited payment plan will end and members will have to pay each month they want to keep their membership. Seriously, Elite Membership prices will probably never be this low ever again.

With those products ALONE the membership has already paid for itself and then some.

There are also other resources that have been included which are not available anywhere else on the AAF site.  Not only will you have access to these paid AAF products, but remember, once you're a lifetime member, you'll have access to future products as well.  Not to mention you'll also be part of a supportive fastpitch community!

The Value of Community
Have you ever felt unsure of yourself or of your decisions as a coach?  One of the scariest things about being a new coach (maybe even a seasoned one) is not knowing whether or not you're doing what's best for your team.  I'm sure there have been times when you've felt unsure about your decisions or your plan.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a place to get valuable insight on your tough coaching issues from others who understand what you're going through?

I know, there are fastpitch forums out there where you can get answers to your coaching questions.  But have you ever been at one of those forums hoping to get good feedback or good ideas, yet been afraid to ask for fear of looking dumb or getting bashed by other, more experienced coaches or experts?

I have to admit, it's happened to me.  Sometimes I don't want to ask a question because I don't want people to think I'm an idiot.  But it's not always that you don't know the answer, sometimes it's just that you want input on what others would do so that you can feel more confident with your plan of action.  The thing to understand is that all coaching environments and situations are different.  What may be a no brainer in one isn't always a no brainer in another.  All coaches have to start somewhere and all coaches, even you, should be able to ask any question you really feel you need help with or would like feedback on without being afraid of what others might think or say.

How much more comfortable and confident would you be in your coaching if you had a support system in place where you could get answers or feedback when you're feeling a little uncertain?

Knowing you can talk with other coaches who've been where you are and get their input or feedback takes some of the pressure of having to know everything off your shoulders.  Plus, sometimes all you need to gain clarity is a soundboard to bounce ideas off of.  I know I love being part of a group of coaches who love the game, are passionate about what they do, are a positive influence, and are willing to share ideas and help others.  It's such a great support system to have in place.  As you may remember, I recently asked for 20 dedicated coaches to be part of a small group like this one to interact personally with me.  Of course, since this was the first time I've ever done anything like this, there were some things that didn't quite turn out or work as well as I would have liked.

However, one thing is certain...

Members who participate and make use of the group love being a part of it.  Here's what some of them had to say:

I’m happy to be part of the group and being able to have frank, to the point exchanges with obviously passionate coaches from around the country (and world).

I love it! I find myself checking back numerous times a day to see if anything new has been posted by the group. I love reading the valuable information posted by anyone. I love the diverse backgrounds that we all come from, as well as, the varying levels of the teams and ages we coach. This allows us to get such a variety of information for us to think about and use. I love that you didn’t limit the group members to the US because I like to hear about our friends from the Netherlands and Malaysia. I also like that some of us haven’t been shy about asking questions to get responses from the group because a lot of what I wanted to know people have asked.

I actually like it better than I thought I would. I have been in groups like this before and the moderator of the group was constantly trying to sell us something. I have been pleased to find that I have not been bombarded by affiliates from every corner. This is a great group who’s only interest seems to be becoming a better coach so they can improve their girls.

While their is a lot of information on here to digest that is one of the positives for me. I actually go from here to fastpitch world to yahoo answers and kinda of feel let down if there is not a new post to read on one of them. When I get through with running business as usual all day it is nice to get on here and loose myself in my true passion.

I LOVE THIS IDEA! This is the best idea, and the most rewarding coaching experience I have had from a professional point of view (clinics, etc) in a long time. I go to lots of clinics with hundreds of other coaches in the off-season, but I always leave with more questions than I went with. Or, I feel like I have been talked down to. But this group is awesome! We can ask anything, and there is a genuine respect between everyone and no one yells at me when I run off on a tangent or vent about my head coach. I LOVE IT!!!

I think its a great thing to be part of because we can tap other minds that are going through the same thing as we are in other parts of the country and all the new ideas are great.

This is exactly what I was shooting for: An environment where everyone is genuinely interested in improving themselves and helping others.  This is the kind of group I've always wanted to be a part of and we were able to create that.  With all of the positive feedback from the members, I knew I had to open up this type of opportunity for other coaches who needed it. That's what the Fastpitch Haven forum is all about.

As part of this group you'll:
  • Be able to ask ANY coaching question on your mind without fear of getting bashed
  • Interact with other coaches who are just as passionate about the game as you are
  • Share ideas with other coaches who are supportive and willing to help
  • Take part in our monthly "Hot Topic of the Month" discussions
  • See what other coaches answers are to the "Fastpitch Question of the Week" plus share your own
  • See where other coaches go to get fabulous fastpitch coaching information
  • and so much more...

Now, as I said, there were some things about my first attempt at creating an awesome group atmosphere that didn't work quite as well as I'd liked:

  • The format didn't really facilitate discussion as well as it could
  • There wasn't an easy way for members to keep up with the latest posts in the topics they were interested in
  • There were some technological challenges which made it tougher for members to login and participate that I'd like

So, with the Fastpitch Haven forum, I made sure those issues were addressed and implemented a structure which easily enables coaches to learn and discuss. It's definitely much easier to use.

BUT!

Before you decide to join us, there are a couple things you should know...

1.  No BASHING will be tolerated!

There is a difference between heatedly discussing an issue and personally attacking another member.  Personal attacks within this group are NOT acceptable and can result in termination of your membership without refund.

2.  Do NOT join this group just to try to advertise or sell your stuff to other members

Yes, there is an appropriate place to share your great fastpitch resource, tool, or product, but blatantly advertising them (or your TRYOUTS) in the wrong place will not be accepted.  We are all there to share, discuss, and learn.  Disruptions to those objectives will be addressed and removed.
